This conference looks at the relevant law, statutes and conventions and at related human rights and public law practice. This session will look at implementation issues, with a focus on human rights and what learning can be taken for implementation of similar measures across the border. The Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act What is the legal obligation to improve our social, cultural environmental and economic well-being? This session will look at the unique Act and its enforcement from a legal perspective.
